Welcome to a relaxing 1 Week holistic holiday in the foothills of the Pyrenees-Orientales.

Venue
Our holiday takes place in the small mountain village of Molitg-les-Bains in the valley of the Castellane River, overlooking Canigou mountain, an area of outstanding natural beauty -  a great place to relax and unwind. Molitg is situated approx 8km from Prades and 50 km from Perpignan and 1 hour from the Mediterranean coast. View at www.molitg.com.

Your Host
Jackie Lysaght has been running Kinesiology workshops and training since 2002 and is delighted to offer this holistic holiday combining Kinesiology Techniques in this beautiful and tranquil location.

Workshops & Free Time
Holistic Workshops are held on 3 mornings which focus on de-stressing, energy balancing, goal setting and affirmations using Kinesiology Holistic Techniques. The emphasis is on learning techniques you can use yourself at home. Afternoons are free for you to take it easy, explore the area, take part in local activities or take a trip. However, we have a flexible schedule and we may swap morning workshops or free afternoons around subject to demand to allow people to take part in certain activities or trips.

A detailed Holiday Itinerary along with Suggestions and Tourist Information Leaflets on Things to Do in your free time will be provided in the Welcome Pack.

Market Day
Tuesday mornings are free so we may enjoy a visit to a French Market in the centre of the local town of Prades. There is also a small Fruit & Vegetable Market in Molitg on Wednesday mornings so we may take time to visit that too.

Evening Meals
Group lunch or dinner will be arranged .

Organised Activities
All activities such as workshops and group dinners are optional, so each day we will ask you to confirm which activities you would like to take part in on the following day so we can make the arrangements.

Travel
Ryanair fly from various UK airports to Perpignan. We will meet you at Perpignan and transfer you by minibus to Moitg-les-Bains. Again, on your departure day we will transfer you back to Perpignan for your flight back home.

Anyone who wishes to have their own transport for the week may arrange to hire a car from the airport.
     
Contact us if you would like to travel independently and join us in Molitg. We may be able to offer advice for your travel arrangements or help you with directions.

Accommodation
Accommodation is in the Chaine Thermal du Soleil complex which comprises a range of types of accommodation to suit everyone from hotel rooms in the 3 Star Grand Hotel Thermal or Self Catering Accommodation in the 2 Star Studio Apartments in Residence “Le Catalan”. Le Catalan is approx 500m uphill from Grand Hotel. View at www.chainethermale.fr select Molitg-les-Bains and click on Hebergement.
Facilities at the hotel include swimming pool, Wifi access, TV, tennis, bar, restaurant. Facilities at Le Catalan include Swimming Pool and Le Catalan residents may enjoy the lake, tennis and walks at the Domaine Thermale.
There is a Shuttle Bus Service at certain times between Molitg Village, Residence Le Catalan and The Grand Hotel Thermal – tickets may be purchased from the Molitg Tourist Office.

Food
For self catering option a basic start up pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, juice, water and fruit will be provided.

Booking Information
A Non-Refundable Deposit of 250 euro is payable on Booking, balance is payable 4 weeks before the start holiday. If you are booking less than 4 weeks before the start of the holiday please send the full amount.
